Gas Oil Hydrotreater sometimes referred to as a Mild Hydro Cracker or Hydrotreater, Standard design for 8,000SBPD – expandable 15,000 SBPD Unit (with planned added compressor in future), through put not published, this is a new technology incorporating higher temperatures and pressures than have been historically used

- Process and Utility Piping, Carbon & 347 Stainless Steel
- Full NDE & PWHT in Spec. Compliance, includes NACE Standard, QA/QC Documentation by BGI
- Hydrotesting & Documentation for Systems from 90 psi to @ 6,000 psi
- Structural Steel – Pipe Rack, Supply & Erect
- Misc. Structural Steel – Pipe & Equipment Support Steel, Supply & Erect
- Equipment Setting – Set/Erect/Assemble EPC Company Provided Equipment, including Towers, Pumps, Tube & Shell Exchangers, Dual Function Air Exchangers (fin fans), Drums, Filters, Static Mixers, Hydrogen Compressor Skid, Fired Heaters, & Burner Management Skids, plus auxiliary features
- Align Rotating Equipment
- Underground Drains & Fire Water Piping
- Misc. Structural Steel Supply – Platform, Ladders, etc.
- Changes as Necessary for Completions of Mechanical & Piping Scopes, revs. & RFI compliances
